Sidhant is a results-orientated thought leader with a demonstrated track record in conceptualizing, planning and executing programs for 'purpose-driven businesses'. With a meticulous eye for detail and recognizing the need for disciplined decision-making from sound market and business intelligence, Sidhant has worked on various programs with leading organizations such as Teach for India, Zomato, Group M, Deep Griha Society, to name a few.

An MBA in Media Communication, Sidhant also did his bachelor's in the field from 'Symbiosis Centre of Media Communication, Pune' (Ranked #1 Undergraduate Media School in the country). Sidhant uses his creativity to solve not just technical challenges, but human ones. He is a multi-instrumentalist, poet, beatboxer and singer (trained in western and Indian classical music). He is also a gold medalist for shooting (military training), a competitive table tennis player and also has a qualification in Yoga and meditation. He has used this expertise on various occasions to improve collaboration and promote cross cultural bonding.

Sidhant is passionate about History, Esoteric sciences, Nutrition, Fitness, and has been trained in inner engineering  routines that promote overall health and fitness. He has won various awards for outstanding academics, dramatics, and sports and has held positions of responsibility across various cultural clubs. He also won  awards in global personality and talent competitions, including 'Mr. Sympulse, Pune', 'Clean and Clear Freshface, Pune', and has modeled various ranges of clothing to promote the welfare of many NGOs of Maharashtra.

The sophistication, scientific relevance and soundness of esoteric wisdom offered in Ayurveda, yoga, music, and mythology; and it's link to the contemporary ways of the modern world seemed to be the driving force behind his involvement with Inkpot India Conclave. Having specialists share their expertise and views with regard to raising the consciousness of Indian culture and art is a pursuit which Sidhant soundly resonates with.

Shubhangi has a Masters(MSc) in International Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies(SOAS), University of London. She has worked as a Research Assistant under Dr. Pinaki Chakraborty, Professor at NIPFP  and conducted research on the political economy of the Northeastern States in India. She has also worked with the Observer Research Foundation, the number one public policy think tank in India closely working with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and is also known for holding India’s premier foreign policy dialogue. She published her first article on the topic “Liberalism at the crossroads?” which analysed the changing world order and her second article was on the Indo-Israel defence ties. 

Apart from her constant pursuit for knowledge and enthusiasm to share India’s narrative to the rest of the world, she is also a pianist and a singer. The one year she spent in London, amidst people from different countries and cultures is when she realised how truly diverse and distinct India is. Her involvement with Inkpot is driven by her pursuit to tell the Indian story and spread the ‘Idea of India’ to not only the rest of the world but to each and every Indian citizen.
